Details:
At 5.56 am on 16th June, I was just in time on an early morning walk to catch the 3.5% illuminated Waning Crescent Moon rising behind Palm Trees on Murambi Heights in a rapidly emerging Volcanic Sunrise Twilight Arch before being overwhelmed by its glare a few minutes later. Whenever the sky is clear colourful volcanic sunrises continue to be experienced to the east of Mutare fifteen months after the massive eruption of the Hunga-Tonga Volcano on 15th January 2022. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
