It's not often that you can photograph the sun high in the sky in the middle of the day without a solar filter. In this instance, the smoke from Canadian wildfires have provided just enough relief from the sun's intense brightness to allow a quick snapshot. Such strange and eerie light near the shores of Lake Erie.
