On May 19th a supernova was discovered Koichi Itagaki (2023/05/19.727) at mag 14.9. A major transient event in a bright galaxy, and the closest supernova in a decade. The color image is iTelescope T2 (40 x 150 sec) and the gray image is iTelescope T11 (7 x 120 sec).
