Details:
Just got out of work, seemed like a bright sunrise. I looked over and saw a brilliant whitish-blue haze just above the lower clouds. I was amazed at first, thinking maybe Space-X. I took a couple pics then I researched real quick before taking more. Photos were taken with my iPhone 11 using 3 and 10 second exposure, some were taken without extra exposure time. Having a hard time realizing they are noctilucent clouds because of how far south we are and it being this early in the year. I contacted the San Antonio/Austin NWS and they were confused as to what they were.
