Details:
The aurora can be seen as far south as northern New Mexico! Looking north from Los Alamos. You can see the red glow in spite of clouds and some city lights on the northern horizon. Nikon D810A, 15 mm f/4.5 lens, ISO6400, 30 second exposure on a static tripod.
