I run Northern Lights tours in Tromsø, but would have never dreamt of seeing Auroras from my home town of Berlin. When a colleague messaged me about something crazy happening in the sky, I stepped on the balcony and couldn’t believe my eyes. I grabbed my phone, went to the nearby park for a bit more darkness, and enjoyed a sight that in a city of 4 million inhabitants might just have been a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
