I did not have Mid-Latitude Northern Lights on my agenda tonight when the KP jumped to a Severe Geomagnetic Storm. Grabbed my camera since it was semi clear and a explosion of reds filled the north. Northern lights here are pretty rare under 40 degrees latitude but what a sight to see!
