Details:
Started as a few red pillars visible on the horizon with the naked eye before it underwent an explosion. The entire horizon was taken up by the aurora - you could see the entire aurora - pulsating and waving to the naked eye. You could see the individual pulses and pillars of the aurora moving and waving with the naked eye! STEVE showed up twice - once overhead (could not get a picture, unfortunately) and once again further to the west (of which I did get to picture). This activity of the aurora viewable with the naked eye persisted for 3-4 hours. All of these pictures were taken from phones (Aurora pictures 2 and 3 and the STEVE picture taken from an iPhone 12 with night mode activated - 10 second exposure time, and the first Aurora picture taken from a Samsung Galaxy A22 with night mode - 4 second exposure time).
