Details:
After a long winter and a very low Sun it is slowly getting higher. Yesterday I noted that the Sun displayed a high activity with many sunspot groups and filaments so I decided to try to take some images. When I was ready the clouds had started to cover the Sun and after a long wait I was able to get 4 short sequences that I stitched together. By then the Sun had droped to an altitude of only 11° so I am very surprised that it got as detailed and sharp. Telescope: Lunt LS60THA / B1200FTPT with a 50mm double stack tilt module. Camera: DMK-41AF02 Image capture and processing: AstroIIDC, AutoStakkert3, Imppg, Photoshop
