What a special night! Here's two of my good friends and co-workers witnessing their first ever Aurora! In OHIO, of all places!
Was watching the data all afternoon, and told them the chances were quite good - so we went down to Lake Erie and was able to see them naked eye, even though the moonlight and light pollution!
What a work trip to remember!
