Details:
A large bright prominence was seen with my 228mm F9 refractor fitted with a Baader TZ-3 telecentric lens and Daystar Quantum PE .5 angstrom H-alpha filter. The small flare of AR 3234 shows the signature "S" form that many flares exhibit.
