Details:
At 5.48 pm on Saturday 11th, a hazy outline of the Sun descending behind a veil of thin high cloud was bisected by a diagonal band of low dark cloud which made it look like a diabolo. Cloud and warm most air from the ITCZ (Inter tropical convergence zone) has at last returned to Manicaland obscuring the late afternoon Sun and then condensing to produce long awaited soaking rain at night. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
