Details:
The passage of Comet C/0222 E3 (ZTF) near Mars made for a photogenic grouping on Feb 10. I shot it with several focal lengths framing the constellation of Taurus, plus zooming into the scene to frame the main star clusters in Taurus, then zooming in more to frame just the comet and Mars, with Mars at the end of a long filament of dark interstellar dust. All are stacks of 6 to 10 two-minute exposures with 70mm to 200mm lenses.
