Auroras this far south are quite rare. I was pleased to be able to photograph the comet, aurora and fireballs together. On January 26, 2023, the rare green comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) appeared with an earthgrazer meteor shower fireball outbreak and aurora on the horizon.
