Details:
Comet ZTF was observed under near perfect skies and was moving 14 percent faster than 24 hours earlier (now 7 arcmin/hr). Comet ZTF has lost its ion tail but its anti-tail is now dominant. The left image was taken with a Nikon d7100, Nikkor 180mm f/2.8 @ f/3.2, exp 120s, iso 2200, fixed comet with no stars; the next image in the panel is an invert of the left. The 3rd image is Comet ZTF using 5x120sec (10 min integrated time, comet fixed) and the right image is a 1x120sec (1 sub). All images post-processed with PixInsight.
Bortle 4, sky transparency 10/10, temperature 30F, RH 80%, calm winds. Orion Sirius EQ Mount used.
