Shenzhou-15 carrying astronauts Fei Junlong, Deng Qingming and Zhang Lu, atop the Long March-2F Y15 carrier rocket, blasted off from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China on Tuesday 19th December 2022 at 23:08 BJT (Beijing Time).

After only 6.5 hours, the spacecraft made a fast automated rendezvous and docked with the front port of the space station's Tianhe module on Wednesday at 5:42 BJT (Beijing Time).

Shenzhou-15 passing below Jupiter and a couple of Jovian Moons, just before the spectacular second stage's Main Engine Cut Off was captured on video by many space astrophotographers in Northern China.
