Details:
October in Mutare is the hottest and driest month of the year during which the Sun can be seen setting almost every day behind varying amounts of smoke haze (which filters its light to produce spectacular changes in colour) and scattered late afternoon cloud (which creates beautiful patterns in front of it). Here is a montage of nine close-up pictures taken while the Sun was setting between 5.39 pm on the 12th and 5.46 pm on the 21st. It is followed by two full-frame views of the most interesting ones captured. Cameras: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 and ZS40 in sunset mode with x60 optical zoom magnification.
