There are 2 quite active sunspots on the sun today. Compare sunspots 3089 and 3087 in the same image to see the big difference between active and quiet sunspots! 3088 is also quite active. And, the huge prominence on the sun is just as tall as yesterday.....but getting skinnier. I wish I could say the same for me! 127mm f/9.4 refractor, Daystar Quark Chromosphere filter, ZWO ASI174mm camera.
