Details:
When southerly winds blow up across the UK they can sometimes carry Sahara dust, which tends to cause colourful sunrises and sunsets, usually orange in nature. It also results in a strange light and dust residues over cars and windows. Smoke from major fires in Spain and Portugal can have similar effects. There were no major reports of this phenomenon, but prior to sunrise the sky turned a dramatic orange and everywhere was bathed in a very eerie orange glow. Canon EOS7D 24mm f3.5 1/50 100 ISO
