Details:
NLCs have been most most prevalent in recent weeks in a north to north easterly direction emerging after midnight UTC and running through to dawn. On the 17th they were present at 21.54 UTC (22.54 BST) just after sunset in a North by westerly direction, low to the horizon and diffused by the hazy conditions.
