Details:
A small, very manageable display of nicely textured NLCs in direction NNE last night after sunset. Even without any echoes in the OSWIN mesosphere radar you should keep an eye out. The clear, because quite cool air for a June night provided excellent transparency. While we were still sweating here yesterday at up to 38°C, today it was pretty fresh on the Landberg near Herzogswalde. The wind blew moderately. In the car I needed the foot heating on the way home...
