Details:
On June 8-9, Sun showed AR 3029 forming a replica of M-57, the Ring Nebula, in both shape and size; it lies just below the center of the disk Wednesday. It faded by Thursday, but now an anvil shaped prominence hozers above a new AR, flaring on the Sun's SE (lower left) limb, promising fireworks to come. Lunt 60, B 1200 Ha diagonal, 12mm Plossl, iPhone 12s.
