Details:
On Friday (27th May) the 10% illuminated waning crescent Moon was close to Venus. The accompanying pictures show the pair in vertical alignment below Mars and Jupiter in various settings from darkness to the peak of a colourful volcanic sunrise display. Security lighting on my house and the bright colours of the volcanic sunrise add beauty as they reflect from a flowering hibiscus in front of the celestial display.
