Description:
Comet C/2019 V2 (ZTF) imaged on April 30, 2022, approaching to a distance of 4.5 AU with a brightness at magnitude 13.1. Its small highly condensed coma has an angular size of 0.7' showing a 1.2' long tail. This is my first image of this comet that could become observable with binoculars in August from all latitudes. It is also the "first light" of my new OTA and new mount.
