Details:
Yesterday I was very pleased to see that the volcanic aerosols from Hunga Tonga have returned to the skies over Eastern Australia, bringing with them the spectacular pink sunsets. Interestingly I did not observe any crepuscular rays this time around, but the pink colour was more intense and widespread. I love the pink cloud in the first picture - it reminds me of cotton candy!
