Details:
This morning I photographed sunspots AR2976 and AR2975 in white light. AR2975, a couple of hours before I took this picture, erupted and produced an M4-class flare.
To take this picture I used a Sky Watcher Maksutov 180 telescope with a Baader film filter, a 2X barlow and a ZWO 174 MM camera with a Baader Solar Continuum filter.
