Details:
Comet Leonard stopped his high activity after perihelion. As in the first half of December, the ion tail is only thin. The beautiful structures that existed at the turn of the year have largely disappeared. Instead, the dust tail is becoming more and more dominant. The comet's glory days seem to be over.
