Things happened so quickly on the Sun today that you could almost notice it changing in front of your eyes when looking at it at high power.
Coronado SolarMax II, Single Stack; Cemax 2X Barlow;ASI 174mm; 200 x 1,000 frames videos (100 ms x 250 Gain) from 8.40am to 12.25pm Local... there is more but the video would exceed the 20Mb size limit
