Details:
Captured at 2:33 a.m. from Point Woronzof, looking north across Knik Arm, Cook Inlet, towards Point MacKenzie. A cargo ship is leaving the Port of Anchorage just before high tide. This "Scirocco of Noctilucent Clouds" was dramatically bright and massively grouped, unlike the wispy NLCs I've seen in the past five years from Anchorage.
