Details:
My first decent display of Noctilucent clouds this summer, not the brightest, but very extensive. Always like to check the southern horizon as the twilight takes over, and in this case I was able to pick out the nlc in amongst the cirrus, just before they were engulfed in the morning twilight. The first shot was taken at 0134 UTC, with the Maiden Stone in the foreground (~ 9th Century Pictish standing stone). The second was taken looking almost due south at 0222 UTC, by which time to nlc forms were not so clearly visible to the eye, but I was able to use some editing to pick them out above the cirrus.
