Details:
Another advantage of the indoors window-sill is that it is elevated, allowing sight of far-south objects. I have been trying to get an image of M20 and M21 for some time but what with the weather and the perpetual twilight this time of year, opportunities are very limited. Last night was one of those, but you have to bear in mind that these objects are very low in the sky from here in the UK, well into the low altitude murk. Still, I am reasonably satisfied with last night's adventures. M24 is very large, so I have only captured the central part of it, with no real opportunity to construct a mosaic.
