Details:
Taking the dog out for a walk at 9:00 PM Pacific I looked up in the deep twilight and saw the soft glow in the Western sky, I suspected were noctilucent clouds. Never having seen them before first hand, I ran in for my glasses and phone to hopefully get a better look. My iPhone 8 Plus is a poor low light camera, but it did capture what I could barely see with my naked eye. I hope you can confirm if they are the real thing.
