Details:
The so-called Worm Moon of March 28 , 2021 put on a fabulous show as it rose fully over my town of Cody Wyoming. It came up through a bank of cirrus clouds on the eastern horizon that refracted the moonlight into glorious colors.
Photos take with a Nikon D5300 dslr and Nikkor 70-200mm 2.8 zoom . Both images here were shot at ISO 1600 set to Daylight color balance and EV -1.0 compensation metered on clouds. Exposures were 1/5th sec at f/8
