Comet P/2020 U1 (Lemmon) is the recovered Comet P/2013 TL117 (Lemmon). It will join the Periodic Comet list in the near future of which there are 400+ so far designated. In this image Comet Lemmon was magnitude 17.5 and 46 million miles from Earth. Comet Lemmon will reach perihelion in its 6.86 year orbit on Christmas Eve, December 24 when it may reach magnitude 16.
