Details:
After two days with cloudy skies, today I was able to photograph sunspot AR2781 at 12:32 pm (UT). From my previous photograph to this one, several of the dark cores faded away, but the largest sunspot still retains its circular shape and size. I started photographing the sun during its minimum, so it really was a very exciting few days following the evolution of this fantastic sunspot. For this photograph I used a 180mm Maksutov Cassegrain telescope and a ZWO 290MM camera with a solar continuum filter.
