Note that within 1 second (00:54 time stamp) we see the flare growing and abrubtly dimming! Telescopic recording of the tumbling H-IIA rocket upper stage (43674 2018-084-D) that launched the Greenhouse Gases Observing Satellite 2 (GOSAT-2) of @JAXA_en @JAXA_jp on October 29, 2018, captured with a 10 inch (0,25m) telescope on May 16, 2020 from a range of 642 km.
