Details:
I've been looking for noctilucent clouds all summer but always seem to just miss them. This morning was the third morning I got up to see Comet NEOWISE, and there were a few noctilucent clouds along the eastern horizon as well! Comet viewing deteriorated as it got lighter, and was difficult by one hour before sunrise. My best photos were an hour and a half before sunrise, but I would have gotten up earlier if I knew the comet was already up as high as it was. Canon 5D Mark II, 75-300mm lens @75mm, f5.6, ISO 320, 2.5 seconds.
