Details:
What a mega evening! A huge burst of Noctilucent clouds over Herzogswalde, Saxony, Germany! Shortly after sunset, the first NLCs appeared far above the zenith to the south !!! Arctur in the constellation Bootes was in the middle of the NLCs! The sky was overfilled with NLCs - an incredible wealth of shapes, lines, waves, knots, etc. Even my 12 mm Walimex fisheye on the full-frame sensor of my EOS 6D was not enough to completely capture the mega display! My breath stopped and my mouth stayed open! I've been watching NLCs since 1998, but I'm still out of breath ...! Canon EOS 6D, Walimex 12 mm Fisheye, ISO 100
