Details:
At 08:20 UT on December 7, 2019, I looked out the window (in my small homeland, in Yuzhno-Morskoy, near Nakhodka, Russia) in order to see the weather for photographing of the ISS (it should have been seen since 08:53 UT on the street, not through the window), Dragon CRS-19 spacecraft and Progress MS-13 spacecraft. To my surprise, I saw bright structures in the sky that looked like rocket exhaust (I compared them on the Internet with photos of rocket trails).
These were not ordinary clouds (maybe they appeared in clear sky because of afternoon test - at a satellite-launching ground in North Korea - on December 7, 2019 - as written in various internet news mass media), because these structures were lighted after sunset, they were located from one direction in the sky and part of them was color (rainbow of colors: iridescence can be seen in rocket exhaust trails).
I photographed these structures until 08:30 UT. When I went outside (in order to go take photos of ISS and two spacecrafts) on a frosty evening, then already at 08:37 UT some of these structures were no longer illuminated by the Sun, and some (near the horizon between southwest and west) were still bright.
I am attaching my photos that I took with my camera Canon EOS 60D (on the tripod):
Photo 1: 08:24 UT, exposure time 0.6 sec, 29mm, ISO-500, f/4.
Photo 2: 08:24 UT, exposure time 0.6 sec, 135mm, ISO-500, f/5.6.
Photo 3: 08:27 UT, exposure time 5 sec., 44mm, ISO-100, f/5.
Photo 4: 08:37 UT, exposure time 6 sec., 28mm, ISO-400, f/4.
