Details:
Was driving home from working a night shift and saw these clouds. They had a faint blue tint to them and looked different from the cirrus clouds lower down on the horizon. The sun had not yet risen, but was close to it. I thought you could only see these clouds well before sunrise/after sunset...and also not at my latitude in Kentucky! Camera phone is poor quality, but I pulled over to try and get this copy with me not shaking while driving.
