Details:
I've been watching closely the twilight for every night for the past few weeks for NLCs. They have yet to appear in New England during this year's outbreak. Tonight I finally saw clouds that I'm not sure are just regular cirrus or NLCs. Please comment your thoughts! This was taken about one hour and 25 minutes after sunset (most of the orange glow is light pollution of Albany to the NW). 15sec exposure, ISO800, f6.3

These clouds are probably cirrus clouds as they have a pinkish hue and are diffuse. NLC are white or blue-white with bands more sharply-defined!

Make sure you wait long enough... I almost gave us, but then 1 hr after sunset they appeared... a couple small patches, but definitely NLCs. You need to be able to see stars appearing in the sky.

Oh, nevermind... I see you DID wait long enough.
