Details:
I went outside at dawn and my attention was caught by a wide display of these clouds hugging the horizon just above the dawn twilight for about 45 degrees from North to NorthEast. The southernmost patches had a more elevated bright portion showing the silvery blue white characteristic color, the rest were to varying degrees reddened by dust and atmosphere, particularly toward the North.
