Details:
I went outside at dawn and my attention was caught by a wide display of these clouds hugging the horizon just above the dawn twilight for about 45 degrees from North to NorthEast. The southernmost patches had a more elevated bright portion showing the silvery blue white characteristic color, the rest were to varying degrees reddened by dust and atmosphere, particularly toward the North. Canon 6D, F8 5secs ISO 800
