Details:
As I was set up on a hilltop Park in Portland at Mount Tabor I was ready to take the telescope down after observing the moon with a public and suddenly noticed the bright noctilucent clouds. I sent in photos for many years to spaceweather of my artwork which Dr Tony Phillips has published art, but never seen a display of noctilucent clouds this spectacular, since 2009, excited from the same location, I made large pastel sketches. Perhaps I'll make some new ones tonight when I get home.
