Details:
Had been keeping an eye on the NLC brightning and made my way to my observing site. When getting out of the car I noticed the coloured Moon Dog and rushed to get a few images. I have seen moon dogs before but they were always a whiteish colour never coloured. The NLC dispay was a classic and before dawn the ripples were amazing. Canon 400D and various settings.
