Last night,june 22-23 very strong radio VHF echoes on my instruments from Eastern Europe.Long-term signals from the East, but also reflections from the South.There is a relation between PMSE and NLC's but the altitude of NLC is near 83 km, about 5 km below the maximum of PMSE.June is a good month for these phenomena.
