First, I apologize for submitting these pictures so late!
I forgot my password... (for almost over a year) :(
In the end of June I just 'felt' that the season for night-shining clouds was coming for Holland.
(for the last four years it started at about the beginning of July, around the fifth.)
But of course I noticed that the 'weather' was bad in the Mesosphere.
This evening, it was 2 July, the circumstances were very good, also the weather overhere was clear.
It started at 11:20 pm and the spectacle was the best at half past midnight.
Unfortunately it was not very bright, I was able to view it with my naked eye, but for the last four years (and especially 2014) the clouds were so much more brighter, with a lot of better structures!
Well...it's not the end of the month (July is the best month to see NLC in The Netherlands), but i'm afraid that this was the only night for me to see them this year... :(
(we have rainy days a lot, and not every sunny day brings NLC)
But I am glad that I have seen them! ;)
