Details:
What a nice way to start the summer! Noctilucent clouds have finally descended far enough south for me to see them this morning. This marks the beginning of my 12th season of 'hunting' with camera for these silvery ghost-like clouds and I'm already giddy with excitement! I must admit it's difficult to get up that early every clear morning for over a month to see if the NLCs are present (for some weird reason I've never been lucky with evening displays of NLCs) but it's totally worth the effort (even though my family calls it a 'summer sleep deprivation torture'). Canon EOS 6D, Sigma 24-70, 2-3 s, f/5, ISO 400-800.
