Details:
While the Sun was relatively quiet, i was able to get a few prominences on the limb with one actually lifting off. Unfortunately, because of different densities in the proms, I had to edit them separately so as to maximize each visual. coronado 60 w/Skyris 132m Registax and Ps for image editing. To my surprise, I saw two daytime bollides in the south-west sky about 30 degrees west of the Sun at 11:53 and 11:55 am EST. Unfortunately, i was so stunned that i didn't think to take out my iphone and snap the shot. Can anyone from the LI/NY verify?
