Details:
There is a massive filament in the shape of a semicircle that is estimated to be approximately 290,000 miles about a third of the diameter of the Sun, if streched in a straight line. More interesting is the thickness of top of the filament's semicircle. estimated to be about 4+ earth diameters, at its thickest or 35,000 miles
