Details:
The crescent Moon over Tucson was a beautiful scene last night. With the thin crescent being rather dim the occultation of a star below the limit of visual range, 67 Aquarii (ZC3334), was easily observed in the camera viewfinder and to record. Both images were recorded with a Nikon D810 the wide view with a Nikon 28-300 mm VR lens, and the inset and second image with a Nikon F4 300 mm and a 1.7X teleconverter. Both images are stacks of images, the wide angle of 3 images and the telephoto of 5 images.
